TRAINING ABOUT CONSTRUCTION LAW AT TWO PHAT GROUP

The training content has attracted the attention of a large number of staff of Hai Phat Group

The training program is held in two batches, each three sessions, held for three consecutive days (from 18-20 October 2017) to provide knowledge, training implementation of the provisions in the Legal documents regulations on construction, especially in the management of construction quality and management of construction investment.

Participants are trained in a spirit of seriousness to update new knowledge

The contents of the training program including: (1) Legal documents on management of construction investment projects such as: Decree 59/2015 / ND-CP; Decree No. 42/2017 / ND-CP; Circular No. 18/2016 / TT-BXD; (2) Legal documents on quality management and maintenance of construction works; Decree No. 46/2015 / ND-CP; Circular No. 26/2016 / TT-BXD; (3) Legal documents on management of construction investment costs: Decree 32/2015 / ND-CP; Circular 06/2016 / TT-BXD; Decree No. 37/2015 / ND-CP; Circular No. 09/2016 / TT-BXD. At the same time, other normative normative documents have problems in implementing the project: Introduction of some documents on state management of environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting and occupational safety. At the training course, the trainers spent time discussing and handling situations in common practice with the trainees, thus helping the trainees master, gain experience, improve efficiency. work at his workplace.
