On the morning of 25/11/2017, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, HAI PHAT GROUP is honored to receive the Green Building Award for the Roman Plaza Project. The prize was gave at the ceremony of awarding  building using GREEN ENERGY in 2017 by the Board of Directors of Vietnam Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program in collaboration with Science Association Vietnam Energy Efficiency and Conservation Technology.

The use of energy saving and efficiency is the application of management and technical measures to reduce losses, reduce the energy consumption of vehicles and equipment while still meeting the needs and targets set for with production process. Ceremony of celebrating establishments and enterprises with high achievements in improving energy efficiency and contributing to the implementation of Program No 03-Ctr / TU dated 28/6/2016 of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Concentration Improving quality, efficiency, competitiveness, economic development Capital of fast and sustainable growth. The Board of Assessment has selected 15 of the highest rated Green Energy Awards under the City Criteria, with three titles: Green Energy Employers in Industrial Production; Establishments using Green Energy in construction works; Buildings using Green Energy. Hai Phat Group is one of 4 units awarded 5 stars and is the only unit to receive the 5-star title for Green Building Construction. Mr. Ngo Quoc Huan, representative of Hai Phat Group, said: "With the Roman Plaza project, we have selected the most advanced materials such as LED lighting system, heat insulating material for natural light and heat exchanger, using modern power management solutions, monitoring central air conditioning system, power system and other systems etc. It will reduce operating costs, as well as save energy for buildings. "
