Notably, nowadays, big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are limited in the supply of new products, so investors quickly turn to potential markets, especially in coastal areas. Not only that, real estate businesses also turn to investing in coastal real estate in new provinces and cities

In some areas, such as Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen province, although the transportation system is adequate, real estate here are lack of specialized commercial projects, which the essential needs of visitors like shopping,entertainment.Realizing the potential, a number of large enterprises have landed in coastal projects such as: Thera Premium, Rosa Alba Resort, or The Seahara Phu Yen Shop Villas on the coast of Nam Tuy Hoa. The projects, when completed, they will become a marine commercial complex, boosting the night-time economy in this locality. “Shop villa has a larger space, a larger area. It can create a large-scale shopping mall which is suitable to the needs of travelers”, said Mr Nguyen Van Dinh - General Secretary of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Association.

"Many investors choose non-traditional traditions to invest, because the demand for relaxing is increasing," said Mrs Nguyen Hoai An, Director of Research, CBRE Vietnam. Recently, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has launched the second domestic tourism stimulus program. According to experts, this information will positively impact the coastal real estate market, attracting more attention of investors.
