On April 16, the network of real estate exchanges in Vietnam summarized the activities of 2010 and implemented the plan for 2011, in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, there are 750 trading floors in the whole country, but Only 209 units have joined the floor network, of which 99 members in the South, 103 in the North and 7 in the Central region. The network of real estate exchanges in Vietnam has attracted nearly 4 million visitors. . In particular, information about registered and eligible real estate trading floors is regularly updated. However, the network has not yet been able to link up with exchanges, has not given specific numbers of transactions of the day, month and quarter for customers to access. Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tran Nam pledged to upgrade the floor network as soon as possible so that all exchanges across the country can connect with each other. On this occasion, the network of exchanges in the South has launched a new executive board consisting of 18 members. The network also proposed the Ministry of Construction to allow the establishment of the Association of Real Estate Brokers because the current brokerage force is about 10,000 people who have broker certificates.
