The new wave of the Covid-19 epidemic negatively affects the production and business activities of real estate businesses. With the experience of fighting against the epidemic from the early stages, right from the beginning of 2021, Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company has implemented the prevention measures at the highest level, proactively responding to situations that may affect the Company's business activities. In order to urge, guide, and remind the Company's employees to strictly implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, Hai Phat has urgently instituted a "Covid-19 Safety Team". the "Covid-19 Safety Team" is responsible for strengthening epidemic prevention measures at the workplace, promptly reporting the health status of employees and immediately responding when detecting cases of employees who have symptoms or are suspect of having Covid-19 (cough, fever, sore throat, flu, respiratory symptoms...) to isolate and take samples for testing. The Company also supports tracing F1, F2 cases, and emergency cases when someone in the Company is tested positive or under quarantine according to the decision of the competent authority.

Previously, in order to promptly respond to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, Hai Phat's Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control directed the entire system to make medical declarations immediately after the end of the Tet holidays , April 30 - May 1 to always ensure the "dual goals", to fight against the epidemic and maintain production and business activities. The Committee direct employees and other subsidiaries in the ecosystem to continue maintaining production and business activities, and at the same time implementing the highest level of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to Official Dispatch 541/CD - TTG dated April 23, 2021 of the Prime Minister; prepare to response scenarios if there is an outbreak of the epidemic again; ensure the stable operation of the Company.

Along with strictly complying with the 5K principle, Hai Phat also applies measures to prevent and control the epidemic at the office such as: installing a transparent shield at the Reception and the Customer Services department, provide hand sanitizer, measure body temperature for employees, and customers before entering the office.

The company has also prepared a scenario for employees to be ready to move working location or work online when the building records new cases. The Company is applying an online working system/ online meeting, to ensure smoothness in all working processes. New technology is applied to sales activities, helping customers to fully experience the product without leaving home.
