Issuing value at par value of VND 396.7 billion. The source of the issued capital comes from the undistributed after-tax profit on the audited 2020 financial statements. Regarding the Company's business results, in 2020, the Company's revenue was VND 1,330 billion, and profit after tax VND 98 billion in profit after tax, of which the profit after tax belongs to shareholders of the parent company reached more than 92 billion VND. Total undistributed net profit after tax as of December 31, 2020 reached more than VND 516 billion. With the results achieved, Hai Phat Invest approved the profit distribution plan, of which spent nearly 397 billion VND to pay dividends to shareholders, the payout ratio was 15%. It is expected that after the application, Hai Phat Invest will increase its charter capital from nearly VND 2,645 billion at present to nearly VND 3,042 billion. Hai Phat Invest also announced business results for the first 6 months of 2021 with net revenue increasing 16.9% over the same period to 744 billion dong. Profit after tax increased by 138% to VND 143 billion, of which the profit after tax for shareholders of the parent company reached more than VND 114 billion.
