Hai Phat Invest (HPX) deploys a plan to issue nearly 40 million shares to pay dividends

It is expected that after the release Hai Phat Invest will increase its charter capital to VND 3,042 billion.

Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (Hai Phat Invest – stock code HPX) through the implementing the plan to distribute profits, set up funds in 2020 and the plan to issue shares to pay dividends.

Accordingly, Hai Phat Invest informed through the profit distribution plan, of which nearly VND 397 billion is spent to pay dividends to shareholders. Pay rate 15%.

At the same time, Hai Phat Invest also approved the implementation of the dividend payment plan, which recognized Hai Phat Invest plans to issue more than 39.67 million shares, issue rate 15% to pay dividend in 2020.

Expected after issuance. Hai Phat Invest increased its charter capital from nearly 2,645 billion VND now to nearly 3,042 billion VND.
