On September 13, 2017, Hai Phat Youth Leadership Club has launched and introduced activities at Hai Phat Real Estate Trading Floor. With more than 30 participants, the first activity of the club was very exciting. Club time from 18h00 to 20:00 weekdays.

With the expectation that the talented human resource training center will provide resources who are talented managers, leaders, CEOs and core employees for the member companies of Hai Phat Group and other organization, Hai Phat Youth Leadership Club was born to connect and bring together individuals who aspire to become a talented  leaders in the future. This is also a learning environment, practice thinking, soft skills, a dynamic and creative spirit to help young people succeed.

Participants are Hai Phat Group's employees who are interested in business, aspiring to become leaders in the future; Students in colleges, universities, academies have the desire to change themselves, accumulate knowledge, train their skills, and improve personal qualities towards success. When applying to join the club, members will be provided with intensive  training to design a strategic plan for personal development of their own life under the guidance of leading Experts, CEOs in Vietnam.
