On June 28th, 2004, Hai Phat Group cooperated with the Fatherland Front of Hoa Binh Province to organize a program of directly donating VND 30 million to build the Solidarity House for Mrs. Ha Thi Hien. In Hamlet 3, Hoa Binh Commune. The program has a humanitarian meaning, with the spirit of helping handy families with solid roofs, partly removing temporary houses, bamboo leaf houses, helping people peace of mind stabilize life, treatment sick.

At the ceremony, representatives of local authorities , Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Standing Member of the Standing Board of Hoa Binh Fatherland Front thanked Hai Phat Group for their generosity and helped families disadvantaged.

Mrs. Ha Thi Hien's family has 5 members. Ms. Ha Thi Hien is elderly, old and weak. Daughters are affected by Dioxin Orange. The granddaughter from birth was not the same as the other children,has a short term memory, the family encountered many difficulties in daily life. Her daughter-in-law, taking care of her elderly mother, taking care of her sick husband, taking care of her sick child. The life of the whole family depends on his son, Nguyen Van Hung, with a lot of barren fields and erratic outside work, with over 100,000 days of income, perhaps too much difficulty for  family of 5 people.

The fund to support the building of the Unity House from Hai Phat Group came to the right people, the right place contributing to the hardships on the family of Mrs. Ha Thi Hien. Mr. Hung - Son of Mrs. Ha Thi Hien, is also the only worker who shares: "My family is very grateful to Hai Phat Group for supporting us with 30 million VND to build new houses and remove old dilapidated houses. If my family does not have the help of the Company and the government, the construction of houses is something we never dare to dream of to focus on working for the family to escape poverty."
