On 06/08/2017, in Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province, the program "Cap la Yeu thuong" by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) and VTV24 News Center - Vietnam Television in coordination with the children have come to Dong Thap. 73 pupils in the province received support from the program.

Through live television, the quality audience is met by the difficult circumstances, but the energy and aspiration to rise in life are in need of sharing the community. These are children with special difficulties who study in schools in the province . They will receive a support of 200,000 VND / month and will be supported by up to 3 donors.
