On September 10th, in Vung Tau City Beach Park, the program "Pair leaves of love" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) and the Center News VTV24 - Vietnam Television in collaboration with the children in Ba Ria - Vung Tau. With the desire to light up the spirit of studiousness and sharing with the difficulties of the students, Hai Phat Group has accompanied  the September "Pair leaves of love" program to bring the green dream to 46 children - 46 torn leaf.

Continuing the mission of "Pair leaves of love", "building dreams" for children, the program has come to Ba Ria - Vung Tau to help and share difficulties for disadvantaged children, having difficult  family situation but always try to rise, achieve high in learning. They are like the ships carrying in their "dream of the sea", with the same desire to conquer the ocean. However, the difficulties in life are causing coastal dreams become protruding, may even disappear without the help from the community.

In the September "Pair leaves of love" program, delegates and TV viewers all over the country have been enjoying the special performances by the children of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and watched reported video about the students have a specially difficult situation in the school. They are: Nguyen Thi Thu, class 4B, TH Loc An (Dat Do district); Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao, 6th grade, Hoa Hiep Junior High School (Xuyen Moc district); Vo Thi Thuy Nhung, 5th grade, Vo Nguyen Giap Primary School (Hoa Binh commune, Xuyen Moc district). The program offered 46 gifts, including books, school supplies, bicycles and scholarships (200,000 VND/month until 18 years old) to 46 disadvantaged pupils BR-VT schools. Besides, PPC also offers scholarships (worth 1 million VND / item) to 46 students.

The "Pair leaves of love" program has been organized in 12 provinces throughout the country in 2017. After Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the program continues to be held in Kien Giang, Binh Thuan and Hoa Binh provinces. So far, the program "Pair leaves of love" has been broadcast live in 23 provinces and cities. There are many suppoters and charity organization in the country helping children to overcome the difficult situation to learn to become a person, build a dream.
